Night of Dawns

From a recording of a set using various bends, inspired by Tim Hecker's ambient works. Beginning with "Tone Sheets", a minor chord on 10+17+27 /flute. This is two connections between 10+17 and 17+27 both at 100 ohms. Rhythmic beeps start to come out and happen more often when turning the resistance down on 17+27. A few other bends that change the timbre/pitch of the beeps can be woven in if turned on from 100 ohms. 17+32 also adds a long atk for certain notes.

In the meantime, V+D4,D5,D6 are played with on a slow clk speed to gliss notes either up or down- it's random/difficult to control, but it worked out really nicely to cause a cohesive chord progression. Then, 10+17/chorus injects some noise into the sound, which interacts with a descending drone as a transition to the next section.

17+25+19 is two connections at 100 ohms, 17+25 and 19+25, with diodes pointing towards 25 (schottkey preferred over silicon). This makes a really nice echoing-type effect on the sound which is really fun to play with.

This is where the recorded piece ends, but the live set from Apt13 continues on with a chill piano/vibraphone drum machine part.
